This project has looked in detail to the distribution of the local space, the set of lights and shadows to create a fresh and cheerful environment where orange shades predominate.
The front of the restaurant retains the original sheet metal which has a dual function: the first is to cover the holes for natural ventilation of the premises and, secondly, as an exterior decorative touch. In the restoration it was painted an ubiquitous orange shade, characteristic of “El Olvido”.
The first floor is surrounded by large windows through which natural light enters, transforming the space in a bright and open area in which white and orange shades play a role.

The lighting is an essential element in the ambiance of the restaurant. The indirect soft light and the glass cases that surround the tables, embrace the guests making them feel welcomed.
