To carry out the work, a modern project was developed, transforming the areas into practically diaphanous spaces, from just two retaining central walls.
The building is approximately 73 square meters, structurally formed by two retaining walls that visually divide the apartment in 3 clear spaces.

The project locates in one of them the broad living-dining room, which consists of 3 large windows, a central area that serves the lobby and the kitchen, that reminds us of”glass bowl” elevated to achieve a slope required for the kitchen drains, as well the finishing of the floor in the same white bright epoxy resin.

At the bottom the dressing room is created, with retractable stairs that allow access to the attic storage, an open space to the salon by a treated glass, which allows the entry of natural light from its background, making a pair of contrasts between the solar and artificial light, locating Bi-pin lamps in its perimeter.

the bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom.

On the right side a lacquered black glass box is located, creating symmetry with the hoisted part. The device booth is created, the bidet, the toilet, leaving the central area for the built in white sink, designed by dm.

We also need to emphasize the carpentry work, such as, the doors with horizontal white bevels and the large dressing room closet, in black shinny lacquer with a click-clack system.
