Ultrasilencer Green

Electrolux Floor Care & Small Appliances has launched its ecological vacuum model the Ultrasilencer Green, the world’s first vacuum cleaner made partially with recycled material. 55% of the Ultrasilencer Green’s body incorporates plastic made from recycled materials, which is why it is only available in black.

The use of recycled materials for the production of Ultrasilencer Green not only determines its color, but also reduces the amount of energy required for its production, in which the process saves energy by 90%, compared to the energy it would consume if it were made from new plastics.

Besides the energy savings achieved in its production, the 1,250 watts of Ultrasilencer Green’s motor, offers the same suction power as the standard 2,000 watts models, but uses 33% less energy.

Like other models in the Ultrasilencer range, the new Ultrasilencer Green offers benefits designed to improve the ergonomics of the device and helps the user with the task of vacuuming. Some of these benefits are: 9 meters of cable with an automatic cable retractor, telescopic tube, multifunction mouthpiece for tapestries, soft wheels to protect floors, movable handle to facilitate portability, and a light weight, only 5.4 kilograms.

In addition, the Ultrasilencer Green incorporates a HEPA H12 filter that joined to the Electrolux s-bagTM with automatic closure, is able to eliminate any harmful allergens of particles, which always ensures a clean and healthy environment for the home.
