The image processor Bionz from Sony included in the DPF-V900/V700 opens images of up to 100MB in just seconds. This motor also makes it possible to provide frames that include a range of useful automatic retouching functions. It includes red eye reduction, skin tone adjustment, focus and resolution correction, without the need of a PC or editing programs.

An intelligent orientation sensor on all models automatically “turns” the images right side up if the frame has been placed in the landscape or portrait format.

The 512 MB memory of the digital frame offers a maximum space of 1,000 images ( 500 in the DPF-D70). The large image files automatically re-size themselves to the correct size to be able to play in HD quality and at the same time maximize the capacity of the album. Once it is lit, each frame will automatically begging reproducing a pass of the images stored in its internal album, even if no memory card was inserted.
