It is essential that when choosing a material for our kitchen counter tops, as well as finding a decorative fit for our kitchen style, that the material be able to withstand demanding conditions, as it is inevitably subjected to stains, high temperatures, humidity..Food is prepared on top of it, and it also needs to support the built in elements such as the sink, and stove tops, and withstand the underneath appliances, cabinets and drawers.
